Ashes interment options include:

Up to four lots of ashes may also be added to a previous burial plot

| Community Garden of Remembrance | The Community Garden of Remembrance at Piako Lawn Cemetery has been developed to provide a peaceful area for families who have endured the grief of losing a child to come together and reflect, and honour the memory of their child.

Hours of Operation - Interments:
Summer (From 1 October to 31 March)
Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm:
Saturday: 10am – 3pm:
Rest of The Year (From 1 April – 30 September)
Monday - Friday: 10am – 3pm
Saturday: 10am – 3pm
Burials arranged later than 3pm in winter may mean the contractor is backfilling the grave in the dark, this is an unsafe practice and Council does not permit it.
Interments on Sundays and Public Holidays (excluding ANZAC Day) are permitted between 10am and 1pm, provided the timing is negotiated and approved
by the Contractor.
Interments on ANZAC Day are permitted between 1pm – 3pm provided the timing is negotiated and approved by the Contractor.
