There’s good news for local families - The dive and toddler pools at Swim Zone Matamata are back open, ready for swimmers to enjoy.

The pools reopened on Saturday 24 January following the completion of a major upgrade, including a new high-quality pool liner that will protect the nearly 80-year-old pools for decades to come. While the reopening came a little later than planned due to an overseas shipping delay, the improvements mean better water quality, reduced maintenance, and a safer non-slip surface in the toddler pool - making it well worth the wait.
