Do you have any further comments on the WMMP?
I think it is essential that the Council offer refuse collection for the town residences, as many are unable to dispose of rubbish at the dump, or cannot afford private collection; and I realise that there is a cost to ratepayers, but better than nuisance waste left lying around.
I also understand the frustration for contractors with cars parked in front of bins on rubbish day !
