While Zero Waste is a very laudable goal to attain to, it is also perhaps a step beyond the acheivable.
For commercial ratepayers a major part of out waste, which we pay privately to be removed is polystyrene packing. A separate way of collecting this very bulky form of waste for recyling would make a conciderable difference to the amount of commercial waste that ends up being dumped in our local landfill and subsequently the levies that it incurs. Something for concideration perhaps?
