9.4    Plant Sourcing

Plants are to be eco-sourced from the Waikato Region where possible, at grades that minimize potential mortality rates, from reputable nursery stock. It is strictly prohibited to transplant vegetation from existing wetlands and other such environments to be used in PSD landscaping.
