Seen some graffiti, found a water leak or a pot hole, or have a new idea? Here is a step by step guide on how to use Antenno to report it directly to council. For urgent Council related issues please phone 0800 746 467.

Step 1 

Download the Antenno app to your device.

Step 2

Navigate to the "Your reports" menu or the "Report it" tab, usually found at the bottom of the screen. Tap the '+' symbol to add a new report.

Step 3

Include photos if possible (up to three photos). Adding pictures can help us identify and address the problem more effectively but is not necessary if you can’t. 

Step 4

Add the location of the issue. The app can use your device's GPS, or you can manually type in an address. 

Step 5

Select the type of issue from the category list (e.g., pothole, dog barking, graffiti, water leak, missed recycling).

Step 6

Describe the issue in more detail in the provided text field. Provide your contact details (name, phone number) if you wish to be contacted for more information or updates. This information is kept private by council.

Step 7

Press submit. Your issue will then be sent directly to the right team to help solve your issue.
