How to report an issue with Antenno
Seen some graffiti, found a water leak or a pot hole, or have a new idea? Here is a step by step guide on how to use Antenno to report it directly to council. Non-urgent Antenno reports are picked up during business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. For urgent Council related issues please phone 0800 746 467.
Step 1
Download the Antenno app to your device.
Step 2
Navigate to the "Your reports" menu or the "Report it" tab, usually found at the bottom of the screen. Tap the '+' symbol to add a new report.

Step 3
Include photos if possible (up to three photos). Adding pictures can help us identify and address the problem more effectively but is not necessary if you can’t.

Step 4
Add the location of the issue. The app can use your device's GPS, or you can manually type in an address.

Step 5
Select the type of issue from the category list (e.g., pothole, dog barking, graffiti, water leak, missed recycling).

Step 6
Describe the issue in more detail in the provided text field. Provide your contact details (name, phone number) so we can contact you for more information or updates.

Step 7
Press submit. Your issue will then be sent directly to the right team to help solve your issue.
