Full description of idea:

A motorsport recreational facility or MRF for short would be a place that can handle all the types of motorsport or extreme sports that our community are into, this would mean for example.
1-2 smaller dirt tracks or trails for dirt bikes.
something could also be made for downhill mountain bikes, BMX tracks like the track in matamata.
1-2 lager tracks or tails for 4x4s.
A medium-large area for mudholes, jumps etc and just an open grass space to practice.
A medium-large paved/ash felt area for autocross style events, time trials, Drifting, go-karts, driver training days, could even be used for things like markets on Sundays anything a large car pack can do.
This could also contain somewhere for a skate park to be (something for the experienced) and even a place for graffiti artists to have a wall to work on.
Much more could be added to this in the future as well.

How this idea will benefit the community:

I believe that this would help aspiring athletes looking to go to X games / Olympics
As well as giving the "kids" somewhere to express themselves, reducing vandalism and property damage in our community.
This can also be a tourist attraction, thinking along the lines of Ebisu park in japan witch is a Zoo with a drifting/motorsport complex around it.
This sort of thing has been implemented around the world with great results and I hope that people can see that.
