Why do rural rate payers pay more for roading when urban people use the roads just as much as rural people?
The same question regarding payment towards park, recreation facilities, public amenities, pools + spas, libraries and communication + events. Why are rural people paying more for this. Urban people would use this the same, if not more than rural people.
