Very little thought appears to have been given to this area of multiple Bins - Living in a Town House complex there is little storage space available & many places are like this throughout the MPDC. Also imagine the kerbside on collection day with 1 x 80L Bin 3 crates & a food bin outside each residence. Beside a household of 2 (or 1) elderly persons create a lot les rubbish than a large family.
Presently I (as many others do) Fill only 1 Rubbish Bag per fortnight - Why should we have to pay for something we don't use?

We need legal authority to stop absentee owners of Retail/Commercial space leaving these premises vacant for long periods - using them for the purpose of negative gearing - The countries Govt are clamping down on Residential Rentals - why not commercial ones too!

Whilst I agree in principle the need for a Dog exercise park I do not agree to General Rates covering the Cost - Dog owners pay a Registration Fee (or should) Include any cost in the Dog Registration Fee.
