the future to exercise more and maintain tracks up to good standrad. Don't go overboard and try and retain a slightly basic area not too commercialised.

Excellent only tip of iceberg but a problem could be keeping ahead of inflation more infrastructure more cost to ratepayer. make more land available for retirement housing.

Great area to reside in. Maybe develop more sections, so more housing. Many new residents obviously are living here escaping the bustle of the city Establish a gondola on mountain maybe by a private company. Seal wairongomai loop car-park. Paint bridge by h . T.A as it is long overdue. The area has a great potential to be in the future another mini Rotorua. K.V.S do a great job in the 3 towns. The bike trails reign supreme. Thru media contact large & small companys to relocate or establish in the area
