- You dont know the ongoing Impact on Rates & have No sureity the Spa will be Self Funding long term. LOOK AFTER what is There, now. Extend operating hrs for more bookings. This Current SPA is Unique - promote it as Such. Preserve the Integrity of The DOMAIN & MARKET it accordingly. Celebrate with olde-Time Fairs. More old Time Children's Play Swings etc.

What do you think about our proposed limits for rates and debt?
By considering carefully where costs can be kept down within Council ie eliminate unnecessary waste spending 'within' each Dept.
