I do feel the proposed rate increases are not user [underlined] friendly [underlined].
As Matamata has a Lot of retired residents (Living on Fixed incomes) to have to pay the same annual fee as a family of 4 - 5 people is not user friendly.
Also the older generation do not need to put out Big bags (or whatever) of Rubbish.
