Our preferred option – create a dog park at Swap Park

As a recent resident to Matamata it appears that Swap Park is already functioning as a dog park. Only extra facility required is a refuse bin at the Rata St end of the park.

Many of the residents of Longlands own dogs and already excercise them at Swap Park as do many other Matamata residents.
As I have only recently moved to Matamata I would not presume to comment on the other proposals.
