Please don't 'Dump it altogether" as there are many who would not be able to get to the tip and rubbish would be left on kerbs or worst dumped in our park & reserves.

Needs to have more Rubbish bins provided not just a Bylaw change, so it will cost a little, as you say signs and maybe a fenced area where dogs that feel threatened can feel safe
