What do you think about our proposed limits for rates and debt?
Farmers + their staff do not use any of these wonderful facilities.
They pay a lot by way of tax on everything else. The facilities should be user pays (at a realistic rate) Town people need to be aware of how much these privileges actually cost to be there in the first place + to operate.
ie is it important/ or just nice to have! essential.

Rec Master Plan provides for many [word underlined] activities
Housing for elderly is good, to keep them within the community + encourage family support.
Wastewater + stored water are of more benefit to a larger group of population then playgrounds.
However [word underlined] these should be user [word underlined] payes. (just like toll roads)
