How about improving policing wandering dogs in Matamata. There are dogs wandering everywhere off leads and dog poos everywhere. A disgrace.

A very disappointing forecast of 11.8% rates increase given: -
1) Our household does not receive the services of rubbish, Kerbside & recycling, water or sewage. Yes water is reticulated to the section but the compliance requirements have the water tank set up so we never receive any council water!!!
2) Your brochure talks about "expected" income and "appears to be significant" demand with no numbers to support this - very subjective eg Spa
3) You ask people to submit 'ideas'. These should ONLY be submitted by ratepayers - those who pay the bills. These general ideas should not be up for general consensus.
