What do you think about our proposed limits for rates and debt?
I would like council to take into account the rates that will be coming in from the 700 houses at Lockerbie, to take into consideration and the reduce the 11.8% rate rise now.
I would like to see an incentive of a certain % reduction for rates paid on time. And not such a big penalty for those struggling to pay.
