What do you think about our proposed limits for rates and debt?
I feel if a client has been making regular progress payments on their rates. And for someone reason they can not pay on time I fell like their 10% penalty should be dismissed or deferred. Or not apply the penalty to the full amount. Or for those who pay on time, some kind of incentive?
