All V.good projects & achievable if we don't spend m$18 on Te Aroha spa & will benefit many more people, need to keep our current facilities maintained.

Council is to provide services for the district & maintain services/structures, they should not be in business that is in opposition to private business, i.e a spa, we have many beauty salons & massage therapists in our district, the current facility is sufficient, private business is tough enough as it is without council developing/expanding this facility. There is enough on the important to do list without spending massive $ on the 'nice to have'. Prioritise.
