Full description of idea:

Block of hetana st from the public toilets to broadway. Widen the parking in this area and maybe create some more parks in the tree plantation. Have a walkway to the railside by the green from this area.

How this idea will benefit the community:

It would be a lot safer and user friendly if there was no through traffic. A large parking area would encourage people to stop and shop.
