Full description of idea:

To utilise the huge open space potential of the 15 min walking track to the gifted section of land where the international seat of peace and views of paddock 66 and the potential of a ice cream shop lay and new Zealand goodness become available to service visitors. Also a history laden location which deserves documentation and education for visitors could be placed here..

How this idea will benefit the community:

This would put the mpdc new short walk officially on the map and be recognized by department of conservation...making it a new space for elderly and younger families who can not do the 45min walk or the summit..so every one could enjoy the beautiful views wonderful bird life and sounds of running water..the environment and district would benefit greatly from an official opening..and health and wellbeing of locals would continue to become positive
