Full description of idea:

A fenced park area where dogs can run freely without fear of running onto roads or having them approach strangers who may be walking by. There is an excellent example in Horotiu on the corner of Horotiu Rd and Great South Rd.

How this idea will benefit the community:

It will give dog owners a safe environment to excercise and socialise their dogs while keeping other residents free from being annoyed by dogs in multi use parks.
