Matamata-Piako District Council’s Standing Orders are the set of rules that reflect the legislative requirements to the conduct of meetings. For further information view our standing orders document.

If you wish to speak at any Council or Committee meeting, in person or online, please complete an application form. A representative of Council will contact you with more information. 

 All of our Council and Committee meetings are live streamed.

The Simplifying Local Government – Preferred amalgamation model will be considered on 4 August (to be confirmed).
