This document outlines Council's full Fees and Charges:
Fees and Charges 2026/27
These fees and charges are applicable from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 and are inclusive of GST (except where otherwise specified).

Building Control Fees are payable on invoice. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or by online banking.

Transfer stations are located in Matamata, Morrinsville and Waihou.
Charges based on weight rather than volume. All vehicles pass over a weigh bridge and fee applied according to weight of refuse or green waste.
Minimum charge applied for small loads.

The first of any of the following types of movements are charged at landing rates: landing, touch and go, approach and go.
Direct bank payments must be made within 10 days, or will revert to the invoiced rate. There is no cash option on site.
