Full description of idea:

Close off the Main Street of TA for all traffic bar seniors and handicapped people. Plant trees down the centre line and create outdoor seating in the shade. Maybe a small stage for buskers, music, theatre etc.
Incorporate bike racks, planters etc.

It will create a soa e for people getting together
