Full description of idea:

I like to see Howarth Memorial wetlands in Te Aroha accessible to wheelchairs/pushchairs by having a firm surface

How this idea will benefit the community:

Not only will the residents from Kenwyn Resthome and Te Aroha Hospital benefit form this, they are adjacent to the wetland, it would also be a great asset to the whole community if the track around the wetlands will be equipped with a sturdy surface.
