Full description of idea:
Continue the Cycleway to Hobbiton from Matamata, And parking area near SH29 so tourist dont have to drive winding road. The tourist will be back one day make a start now.
How this idea will benefit the community:
More Vistors to local area, more $$$ in community, more job
