Full description of idea:

Public recreation areas should have rubbish and recycling bins EG Boyd Park near swings, Harris Park/Library area, Domain, Waiorongomai carpark etc.

How this idea will benefit the community:

recycling has got to be easy for the general public to be successful. Anywhere people/families eat, walk or play should have big bins for waste and recycling to keep this out of our beautiful environment.
Please also provide this service to our rural schools whose students are trying hard to care for the environment but don't have access to roadside recycling collections at present.
