If you’ve been waiting for the Matamata Domain playground upgrade, we’ve got exciting news.

We’re about to get started with work from some of the generous people and local businesses who have donated their time, skills, and expertise to help bring this project to life.

Fencing will go up on site next week, Wednesday 13 May, and you'll start to see work happening from then. We’re excited to be expanding the current playground area which will include removal of the asphalt tennis court.

We’re still finalising arrangements with the surfacing and landscaping contractor and will share more information as the project progresses.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this project through fundraising and hands‑on support - we’re looking forward to seeing it take shape.
