We have an existing Rates Remissions and Postponement Policy that allows us to waive penalties on unpaid rates if required. We are actively encouraging ratepayers to contact us if they are experiencing payment difficulties so we can discuss options.

We are actively monitoring this to determine whether there is a need to review these policies or provide further support.
