Please walk with caution and follow the green wayfinding markers as this track frequently crosses with mountain bikes trails. The section between Tui Road and the junction with the Hamilton Street Track is much steeper and narrower than the rest. Some DOC tracks join the track between Tui Road and the Hamilton Street Track.
Note: The Tui Domain Tack is a ‘Walking track' from Te Aroha Domain to Hamilton Street junction and a ‘Easier tramping track’ from Hamilton Road Junction to Tui Road.
*Please note: Track partially closed due to damage from Cyclone Gabriel. The infrastructure has been completely washed out and part of the original track leading to Tutumangao Falls is now impassable. To reach Tutumangao Falls, please continue along Tui Domain Track to the water treatment plant. Turn right onto the tar sealed road and walk up behind the timber tank. The track continues in a semi-circle past the Quarry Falls and around to a short track on the left which will take you up to Tutumangao Falls and a lookout. This takes around 15 minutes.
