Noise Control Boundary

NOISE

The noise level from operational activities (excluding maintenance and construction activity) within or from the use of the Motumaoho Quarry site shall not exceed the following levels when measured at any point beyond the Quarry Noise Control Boundary.

PERIOD October to March Monday to Saturday 6.30am to 6.00 pm	NOISE LEVEL 55 dBA L 10
April to September Monday to Saturday 6.30am to 5.00pm And, provided that a nominated representative of the residents of Harbottle Road has been informed, during additional hours as follows: Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 6.00pm	55 dBA L 10
At all other times	45 dBA L 10
Everyday 10.00pm to 6.30am	70 dBA Lmax

The General Provisions of Rule 5.2.1 shall be taken into account except that the duration of any individual measurement period shall be not less than 30 minutes.
