Community Arts’ philosophy the world over acknowledges that all people have a right to creative expression. Regardless of age, station in life, colour, gender or religion, all people are entitled to equal access to arts and to active participation in arts and culture. And, no limits are put on the definition of ‘arts’ and ‘culture’.
