All material, information and images on this website are copyright of the Matamata-Piako District Council.  Alteration of any form to the content or images of the Plan is strictly prohibited.

Keeping the plan up to date

Council will ensure that all material and images of the Plan are kept current, however there may be delays in getting these updates on the website.

If you use the Plan regularly it is recommended that you purchase a copy.  Contact customer services on (07) 884 0060 to purchase a Plan.

In the event of any variances between the electronic version of the District Plan and the downloadable pdf the information in the pdf file takes precedence

Availability of the Plan

Council makes no assurances as to the availability of the Plan online.

The District Plan is available for both private and commercial use.

Planning Maps, Development Concept Plans, and Airport Protection Maps

All maps have been scaled to A3, and any measurements should not be taken as accurate if the maps have been printed in anything other than A3.
